In urban life, we can see green plants and bright flowers on both sides of the road when we are on the way to get off work or on the way to school. There are certain reasons for their thriving growth, and we need to rely on our garden masters to treat them. Take care of it. In their work, the tool they often use is the lawn mower. Today, I will mainly tell you about the maintenance procedures of the lawn mower.
1. Maintenance of the blade
1. Regularly check the connection of the blade and the connecting shaft sleeve. When the blade hits other objects during use, it should be checked in time.
2. When grinding the blade, the original angle and direction of the blade should be followed, and the amount of sharpening on both sides should be equal, and static balance should be done after sharpening.
3. Before reinstalling the blade, apply some lubricating oil to the surface of the crankshaft end and the inner hole of the connecting shaft sleeve. The center screw bolt and the crankshaft screw hole should also be coated to prevent corrosion in the future and unable to be disassembled.
4. If the blade is not used for a long time, the surface of the blade should be cleaned and coated with lubricating oil to prevent corrosion.
Lawn mower maintenance
Second, the maintenance of the case
The inside of the cabinet must be cleaned after each use to prevent the cut grass, leaves, sludge or other debris from attaching to the core and causing rust.
Third, the maintenance of the lawn mower carburetor
Strictly follow the requirements of the operation, repair and maintenance instructions of the lawn mower carburetor, and pay attention to the following points:
1. Under normal circumstances, the air filter should be cleaned once a day. When used in a very dirty environment, it needs to be cleaned every few hours.
2. The spark plug should be cleaned after each season of use. Re-adjust the spark plug gap at the arrival of each season of use (check and adjust according to the model and spark gap in the lawn mower carburetor manual to prevent errors and affect the performance of the whole machine).
3. The outer surface of the lawn mower carburetor should be wiped clean with a cloth or brush frequently to ensure clean ventilation.
4. The rotating shaft of the walking clutch lever should be dripped with lubricating oil regularly to prevent corrosion.
5. The front and rear rollers should be lubricated with light engine oil at least once every season.
6. The transmission mechanism of the walking part should be cleaned and replaced with grease once after two years of operation.
7. Weeds, waste residues or dust on the protective cover should be removed every day to prevent damage to the engine due to overheating or overspeeding.
8. When not in use for a long time, the gasoline in the engine should be exhausted to prevent the gasoline from deteriorating and blocking the carburetor and other parts.
Special note: For any maintenance of the lawn mower, the spark plug must be unplugged.
